Step one: Open Access
Step two: Start blank database and name it J08Database
Step three: Open text file csv
Step four: Press next
Step five: keep as delimited
Step six: Tick first row contains fields name, and make sure comma is ticked and press next
Step seven: Press next
Step eight: tick primary key and press next
Step nine: Press finish and close
